Alicia Bali
is a counsel in the EMEA private equity team of the global M&A practice at White & Case. She is fluent in French and English, and has worked on a number of transactions, including corporate financial restructuring operations. Alicia is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border M&A, as well as private equity and venture capital matters, on behalf of multinational clients, including investment funds, investment banks, entrepreneurs, industrials, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies.
