About Diane Lamarche

Diane Lamarche is a partner in the commercial litigation practice of White & Case in Paris and is part of the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She has extensive expertise in private and public M&A litigation, with a focus on securities, commercial and corporate law. She mainly acts for major French and foreign companies before the French courts and regulators, but she also assists clients before foreign jurisdictions and arbitration panels. Diane has notable expertise in the corporate governance of listed companies. In addition, she has expertise in assisting PE funds in the defence of their shareholders’ rights and on general corporate transactions. She also advises leading listed and unlisted companies on financial and securities transactions, and on negotiating complex agreements.
