About Victoire Segard

Victoire Segard joined the Paris office of White & Case in 2021 as an associate in the commercial litigation department. Her practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes for French and foreign companies, listed and unlisted, in various industries. She assists clients before the French commercial, civil and criminal courts on matters related to shareholders’ disputes, M&A litigations, and the civil or criminal liability of executives. She also has expertise in corporate governance issues, and in negotiating exit packages for executives. Victoire started her career in the corporate/litigation department of a US business law firm. She was also an associate in a French law firm specialised in high-end litigation.
