About Johan Thiman

Johan Thiman is a partner in White & Case’s global capital markets group and Office Executive Partner of the Stockholm office. Johan is known for advising financial sponsors, corporates and investment banks on a broad range of domestic and cross-border equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, spin-offs, ABBs and equity capital raisings. Johan also regularly advises sponsors, strategic buyers and boards of listed companies on public-to-private transactions. In addition, Johan’s practice involves advising companies and investors on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
