About Hendrik Hauke

Hendrik Hauke is a partner in Willkie’s Restructuring Group. He practices in Hamburg and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. Hendrik advises German and international clients in a variety of cross-border distressed situations, including complex restructurings and acquisitions of distressed companies, as well as acquisition financing transactions. He advises clients involved on all sides of restructurings and acquisition financings, including creditors, investors, companies, company management, shareholders, and insolvency administrators. Hendrik has particular experience advising on large-scale restructurings in the automotive, retail, and manufacturing industries.
