Alexandre Desroches is an associate in the Paris office of Winston & Strawn where he advises on national and cross-border transactions. In particular, he advises both lenders (credit institutions private debt funds) and borrowers on leveraged buyout financings, restructurings and syndicated, direct lender and club transactions, as well as in structured finance, real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance and general secured lending transactions.
