About Mounir Letayf

Mounir Letayf leads the banking and finance practice at Winston & Strawn’s Paris office. Mounir has built a strong finance practice that offers expert advice across jurisdictions and across the spectrum of different types of transactions. He advises private debt funds, private equity funds and corporate clients on different types of bank and bond financings. He has significant expertise in leveraged and acquisition finance and also assists his clients in the renegotiation of their debts. Other core areas of his practice include real estate finance and structuring innovative and alternative funding solutions, in particular by setting up dematerialised and disintermediated securitisation funds.
