About Paul Fraidenburgh

Paul Fraidenburgh is head of Pillsbury’s San Diego Litigation team, is a first chair trial lawyer who currently serves as lead counsel in several of the largest business disputes in California. Clients trust Paul to handle their complex litigation and arbitration matters. Paul leads a skilled team of litigators in commercial disputes involving contracts, founder disputes, corporate governance, partnerships, fiduciary duties, class actions and real estate. He has prevailed on behalf of clients in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Delaware Court of Chancery and at the state Supreme Court. Paul is an elected member of the American Law Institute.
