About Anne Devereaux

Anne Devereaux is of counsel in the Washington, DC and Los Angeles offices of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Since joining the firm in 2022, Anne has frequently worked on controversy matters including novel issues regarding transfer pricing, foreign tax credit, sourcing of income, and financial products. Before joining the firm, Anne held several senior positions in the IRS Office of the Associate Chief Counsel, International. She also served for several years as an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, co-teaching a course on foreign tax credits. Prior to working at the IRS, Anne clerked for the Honourable Herbert Chabot at the United States Tax Court.
