Dan Seale is the global chair of Latham & Watkins’ banking practice, where he oversees the strategic development and vision of the practice. He specialises in representing private credit funds and financial institutions in leveraged finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on acquisition financings. With decades of experience advising on large-cap syndicated loans, middle market loans and direct loans, he has extensive knowledge of the global finance market and its key participants.
