About Pia Naib

Pia Naib is a counsel in Latham’s London office. She has practised in the area since 2011. She advises US and non-US financial institutions on the full spectrum of US bank regulation, including in the following areas: the US Bank Holding Company Act, the Dodd-Frank Act, including the Volcker Rule, the Bank Secrecy Act and related anti-money laundering regulations, US financial regulatory reform, US state commercial lending licensing and regulation, and the New York Banking Law. She is rated as “Up and Coming” for bank regulatory compliance in the 2025 Chambers USA guide.
