About Bethany Downey

Bethany Downey is an associate in Clifford Chance’s litigation and dispute resolution group, advising on a broad range of contentious matters, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation and group actions. Bethany's experience includes advising clients on allegations of excessive pricing, the exchange of commercially sensitive information and applications for leniency. Bethany has recently returned from secondment to BT Group plc, where she advised on the Le Patourel and Gutmann collective actions brought against BT and provided litigation and competition law advice to the business more broadly.
