About Becky Moore

Becky Moore is a senior member of the Incentives and Remuneration group at Clifford Chance, with over 12 years’ experience. Becky is a recognised incentives expert. Becky advises many high-profile private and publicly listed clients on the set-up and operation of any incentives, and enjoys providing succinct commercial advice for her clients. Becky has a wealth of experience in global compliance for incentive arrangements, and in advising on any incentive elements of corporation transactions. Becky is co-chair of the ProShare corporate governance focus group and has a particular interest in this area.
