About Sonia Gilbert

Sonia Gilbert is head of the Incentives and Remuneration group at Clifford Chance, with over 20 years’ experience. Sonia specialises in advising companies on remuneration, incentive arrangements, and employment tax. She has particular expertise in remuneration regulation and corporate governance, designing and implementing incentive plans for global companies, as well as advising on alternative remuneration structures. Sonia is also very experienced at advising on the remuneration aspects of any corporate transaction. Sonia sits on the executive committees of the Employee Share Ownership Centre and the Share Plan Lawyers organisation.
