About Sharis Pozen

Sharis Pozen is a partner in the antitrust litigation group at Clifford Chance in Washington, DC. She is the regional managing partner for the Americas. She has extensive experience both in private practice and in-house as General Electric’s global lead for antitrust. Sharis has also held senior positions at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and the Federal Trade Commission – one of the few antitrust practitioners to have done so. Sharis has a wealth of experience advising on antitrust litigation matters and risks, including in private and government litigation matters. She has advised on merger clearance matters for numerous significant, transformational deals, steering global antitrust investigations to positive conclusions, and counselling clients on antitrust compliance and other related issues.
