About Peter Mucchetti

Peter Mucchetti is a partner in the antitrust litigation practice at Clifford Chance in Washington, DC. He has 25 years of experience in antitrust litigation, investigations and merger clearance, with expertise in technology, healthcare, consumer goods and other industries. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Peter worked at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where he served as the Chief of its Healthcare and Consumer Products Section. In that role, he supervised some of the most complex cases in the Antitrust Division’s history. Peter also previously worked in private practice and served as a Special Assistant US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.
