About Dominic Geiser

Dominic Geiser is the chair of Latham & Watkins’ litigation and trial department in Asia. He draws on nearly 20 years of experience advising on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and arbitration in Asia, including contractual, financial, private and public company, investor, shareholder, and joint venture disputes. He has substantial experience representing clients in arbitrations under major institutions, including the HKIAC, SIAC and ICC. Mr Geiser is a Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal panel member and a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Civil Litigation Committee. He is Hong Kong and English law qualified, and is a solicitor advocate in Hong Kong.
