Aymeric de Moncuit is a partner at Mayer Brown and handles high-profile antitrust and competition cases in France and Europe. He advises clients on cartels, merger control, competitor collaborations, dominance, State aid, as well as notably on key issues related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). As a case-handler at the French Competition Authority and a référendaire at the General Court of the European Union, he was involved in landmark cartel cases, particularly the personal care and home products case, which remains one of the most important cartel cases ever investigated by the French Competition Authority.
