About Jason Osborn

Jason Osborn is a partner and co-leader of Mayer Brown’s International Tax & Transfer Pricing team. Over the course of his career, Jason has negotiated or advised on approximately 50 unilateral, bilateral and multilateral APAs and numerous competent authority matters, many of which have involved high-stakes disputes involving intangible property, restructurings, financial transactions or other complex or novel factual, legal or economic issues. He also provides sophisticated advice to multinationals on the tax-efficient structuring of a wide range of related party transactions. Jason re-joined Mayer Brown in 2013 after holding transfer pricing-related positions with the IRS.
