About Philip Goeth

Philip Goeth is a partner at LGP and one of the firm's leading practitioners in EU financial regulation and sanctions law. Qualified in Austria and as a Barrister in England & Wales, he advises corporations, financial institutions and private clients on EU sanctions, financial regulation and cross-border regulatory matters. He regularly represents clients before the General Court and the CJEU, as well as before national courts and competent authorities across Europe and beyond.
