About Nicolai Schwarz-Gondek

Nicolai Schwarz-Gondek is a private equity partner at Sidley’s offices in Century City and New York. He focuses his practice on private equity, M&A and other complex corporate transactions. Nicolai has significant experience representing private equity sponsors and other institutional investors in connection with mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, and leveraged and management buyouts involving public and private companies. In addition, he regularly advises target and acquiring companies (including the portfolio companies of private equity firms) on a broad range of M&A transactions.
