He has specific expertise in the legal, regulatory and policy frameworks governing the broadcasting and telecommunications industries in Canada. Scott provides complex legal and strategic advice to cable, IPTV and satellite distributors, television and radio broadcasters, online streaming services and Canadian and foreign television programming services, as well as to wireline and wireless telecommunications service providers. His clients include a range of leading Canadian and international communications companies. He has been involved in numerous licensing, ownership, dispute resolution and policy proceedings before the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).
