About Paul Khoury

Paul Khoury is a member of the corporate/commercial law group in Fasken’s Montreal office. His practice mainly focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital as well as securities law. He advises clients on local and cross-border transactions (purchase, sale, merger and restructurings) as well as advising issuers and brokers in relation to equity financings, by way of prospectus or private placement.
