About Calvin Lantz

Calvin Lantz is a partner in Stikeman Elliott’s Toronto office and a member of its commercial real estate group. He leads the municipal and land use group. A certified specialist in municipal law (land use planning and development), Calvin represents a wide range of clients before approval bodies such as the Ontario Land Tribunal, committees of adjustment and municipal councils. He secures municipal approvals for official plan and zoning by-law amendments, subdivisions, site plans and related development matters. Calvin leads multidisciplinary teams, negotiates with municipal officials and provides strategic legal advice on planning applications, municipal agreements and land use policies.
