About Jonathan Cheng

Jonathan Cheng is an associate in Stikeman Elliott’s Toronto office and a member of its municipal and land use group. His practice focuses on strategic advice and representation in land development, planning and municipal law. Jonathan is regularly consulted by developers and landowners for his expertise in complex policy and regulatory changes, and has secured zoning approvals for major projects including transit-oriented and high-density redevelopments. He has advocacy experience in planning appeals, zoning enforcement and provincial offences, appearing before the Ontario Land Tribunal, Toronto Local Appeal Body and all levels of court in Ontario.
