About Mario Paura

Mario Paura is head of the Toronto real estate group and co-head of the national real estate group of Stikeman Elliott. He is a member of the M&A group and he is on the firm’s management committee. Mario has experience in commercial real estate, financing, M&A and commercial leasing, including all aspects of the purchase, sale, financing and development of asset classes for retail and commercial, industrial and office, multi-residential, hospitality and entertainment properties, and REITs. In banking, Mario acts for both borrowers and lenders in domestic and international secured and unsecured financings, and in his M&A practice, Mario represents a variety of clients whose portfolios span North America.
