About Stephen Holinski

Stephen Holinski is a partner in Stikeman Elliott’s Vancouver office and a member of its commercial real estate group. His practice covers all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, financing and development, with a focus on the development of multi-use and master planned projects. Stephen has significant experience in the air space subdivision of mixed-use and multi-residential developments, as well as large phased multi-residential projects pursuant to ground leases.
