About Michael Dyck

Michael Dyck is a partner in the real estate and banking and finance groups at Stikeman Elliot. Michael provides advice on a broad range of real estate, development and construction transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings and leasing. He acts for purchasers and vendors with respect to acquisitions and dispositions of multi-tenant office complexes, industrial properties and development sites, as well as for lenders and borrowers in various types of commercial real estate financings. Michael is a member of the Mortgage Loans Association of Alberta and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and is a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
