About John Marsden
John Marsden
is a partner of Mayer Brown and co-leads the global restructuring practice. He represents clients in a wide range of matters in the commercial and corporate context, including numerous corporate restructurings. John has provided advice in large-scale insolvencies such as Genting, Cell C, Pacific Andes, the Moulin Group, TMT and Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group, all of which are multi-jurisdictional transactions. He is an International Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.
