Gary Harris is a partner in Appleby’s corporate department in Bermuda and a member of the insurance team. Having served in both private and in-house roles, he has extensive experience in providing legal counsel on complex transactions in the insurance and banking arenas, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing, and risk transfer deals.
