Kathryn Sutherland-Smith is a senior insolvency and restructuring lawyer, admitted to practice in Australia and New York. Over the past decade, she has structured and implemented multibillion dollar global reorganisations through schemes of arrangement, external administrations, and proceedings under chapters 11 and 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
