Barbara A. Martinez is a litigation partner in Holland & Knight’s Miami office and a member of Holland & Knight’s Global Compliance and Investigations Team. A former federal prosecutor for more than 20 years with extensive trial and transnational investigation experience, Barbara focuses her practice on government and corporate internal investigations, corporate compliance, white-collar criminal defence and anti-trafficking matters. She regularly represents companies, financial institutions, and individuals in high-stakes enforcement matters brought by the US Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and other prosecutorial and regulatory enforcement agencies.
