Chris Dillon is a highly experienced financial services attorney and co‑lead of the Asset‑Based Lending team at Holland & Knight. He represents lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of domestic and international commercial finance transactions. His work includes syndicated and single‑bank loans, asset‑based loans, cash‑flow loans, multicurrency facilities, acquisition financings and recapitalisations, often involving multiple tranches of debt and complex intercreditor arrangements. His experience includes financing for technology and media/communications, such as representing administrative agents in first‑lien/second‑lien financings of data centre operators and financings involving web hosting companies.
