About Andrew K McAllister

Andrew K McAllister is a partner in Holland & Knight’s international trade group and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) team. He focuses on export controls, sanctions, customs, anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD), anti-corruption and industrial security. Mr McAllister counsels clients regarding domestic preference programmes such as the Buy American Act (BAA), Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and Buy America requirements (US Department of Transportation). He also counsels clients in matters before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). In 2022, he was appointed to the Defense Trade Advisory Group (DTAG) by the US State Department’s Assistant Secretary for Political-Military Affairs.
