About Barbara A Martinez

Barbara A Martinez is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s global compliance and investigations team and its environmental, social and governance (ESG) team. Barbara focuses her practice on white-collar defence, internal corporate investigations, receiverships, ESG, and corporate compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Barbara had a distinguished career as a federal prosecutor. She was the human trafficking co-ordinator for the Southern District of Florida for more than a decade. In this role, she spearheaded domestic and international anti-human trafficking efforts between law enforcement, prosecutors, NGOs, and private industries.
