About Sophie X Jin

Sophie X Jin is an international business attorney in Holland & Knight’s Washington, DC office. Ms Jin counsels clients regarding import regulations administered by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including seizures, classification, valuation, country of origin and preferential duty treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences and free trade agreements, including the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement, assists clients with filing prior disclosures and protests, and represents clients subject to CBP actions or investigations. Ms Jin also advises US importers and foreign exporters and manufacturers on US trade laws administered by the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, including anti-dumping and countervailing duties, as well as Section 201, Section 232 and Section 301 duties.
