Robert A. Friedman is a partner at Holland & Knight. He is an international trade and national security regulatory lawyer who leads the satellite and space technology team. A former official with the United States Department of State, Mr Friedman helps clients address a range of complex legal, regulatory and policy issues that involve foreign investment, government regulation of cross-border transactions and compliance with US laws based on foreign policy and national security.
