About Emma Ager

Emma Ager is head of Clyde & Co’s market-leading Bermuda Form practice. She has extensive experience running high-value coverage disputes to arbitration, advising on both insurance and reinsurance matters. She regularly acts for, amongst others, London market insurers, reinsurers, and major Bermuda Form insurers. Emma advises across a wide range of insurance and reinsurance classes, including product liability, D&O, property, professional indemnity and excess liability. She is also an experienced litigator of coverage disputes in the English Courts, including at appellate level where she has appeared before the UK Supreme Court, and in arbitration proceedings. She regularly acts in, or supports, complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Europe and South America.
