About Enrique Navarro

Enrique Navarro is a partner at Clyde & Co and heads the Madrid office’s aviation team. He specialises in aviation (airlines, airports, cargo, accidents and incidents, regulatory issues, passengers, product liability), transport (road, train) and shipping. His practice also includes insurance and reinsurance, professional indemnity, arbitration and competition law. Enrique has represented airlines in aircraft accident cases and aeronautical inspections, and has also represented insurance companies, reinsurers, and both domestic and international insured clients in Spanish courts. He also drafts wordings of insurance policies and has adapted international wordings to Spanish law. He advises on international contracts and international private law matters. He regularly lectures on aviation topics.
