About Sarit Thomas

Sarit Thomas is the MEA knowledge lawyer in the employment practice at Clyde & Co. She supports the regional immigration practice, ensuring that legal and regulatory developments are accurately reflected in the team’s know-how. In addition, Sarit is responsible for drafting and maintaining precedents and client materials, and for delivering training and knowledge-sharing across the practice. She works closely with fee earners to capture emerging market practice and restrictions, ensuring the team’s guidance remains current, practical and commercially focused. Sarit is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales, and has been based in the Middle East since 2008. She has specialised in knowledge management since 2015.
