serves as co-manager to Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax team. Evan’s practice focuses on counselling clients through the life cycle of their commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters. He has extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and structuring purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and subleases and performing due diligence-related work.
