About Zheng Hui

Zheng Hui is an international partner at King and Wood Mallesons and has around 20 years’ experience. He has assisted a large number of Chinese companies and their founders with their cross-border asset planning and management, global asset allocation and the protection and succession of family wealth. He has unique insights into the commercial and legal risks associated with complex family reorganisation and succession projects. Mr Zheng is adept at helping clients understand and effectively resolve differences between legal systems and in market practices in different jurisdictions. Mr Zheng is qualified in England and Wales, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland and the PRC.
