About Mark Grafton

Mark Grafton is an attorney at Shubin Law Group. He guides clients through land development regulations, assists in formulating acquisition and development strategies and, when necessary, defends his clients’ property rights through statutory, administrative and judicial processes. Mark is also a skilled drafter and negotiator on a wide variety of property agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, restrictive covenants, easements, development agreements and leases. His track record in real estate litigation spans from a successful first chair representation of a property owner in an administrative trial relating to a comprehensive plan amendment, to oral argument before the appellate court in a breach of contract case.
