Keith L. Richardson
is a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and a member of its Construction & Infrastructure Projects. Mr. Richardson has spent much of his career representing public owners on large capital improvement programs, including airports, wastewater and water treatment plants and roadway systems. Mr. Richardson also represents contractors, construction managers, EPC contractors and equipment suppliers nationally and internationally on a wide variety of construction projects, including industrial facilities, power plants, airports, commercial projects and housing projects. Prior to starting his law career, Mr. Richardson earned a bachelors and masters degree in civil engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, worked as a structural engineer on large office towers, commercial marts and hotels and was a Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia.
