About Nishant Joshi

Nishant Joshi is an equity partner in Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.’s dispute resolution practice. He has extensively appeared in various courts and tribunals across India in matters relating to fraud, cheating, misappropriation, breach of trust, money laundering, data theft, cyber-crimes and other economic offences. He has conducted trials of complex criminal cases both as counsel for the complainant and counsel for the accused. He has also handled cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, IT Act, etc, and has conducted internal investigations for clients. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
