About Aline Bauermeister
Aline Bauermeister
is a partner in the transactional tax area at FM/Derraik, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate and wealth tax planning, M&A, inbound and outbound investments, fintechs, digital tax and international taxation. She was head of tax for multinational companies in the oil and gas sector and the energy sector, and has extensive experience in tax compliance, ESG and “new” technologies. Aline has a master’s degree and is a PhD student in International Tax at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law.
