About Fabiana Fagundes

Fabiana Fagundes is a founding partner at FM/Derraik. She is well versed in venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions, having participated in some of the most emblematic acquisitions in recent years. Fabiana was responsible for setting up Endeavor in Brazil, where she has also mentored start-ups and scale-ups for over 20 years. She is a speaker in several free courses, and lectures on M&A and venture capital. She has an LLM in Droit Français et Droit Européen from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and an Executive Certificate in Negotiation from Sloan School, MIT (USA, 2014). She is also a professor at Insper and Link School of Business.
