About Fernanda Levy

Fernanda Levy is a partner of the corporate, venture capital and innovation department at FM/Derraik, and has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate/M&A and financial practice areas and in assisting local and foreign clients (including corporations, investors and start-ups) with transactions involving different sectors and industries. She is a trusted adviser for many clients, individuals and companies, and has participated in projects at all stages of a company’s development, as well as for investment funds, family offices, wealthy individuals, venture debt deals and corporate ventures. Fernanda is recognised for her technical expertise and negotiation skills. In 2008, she obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
