About Fernanda Levy

Fernanda Levy is a partner of the corporate, venture capital and innovation practice area at FM/Derraik, and has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate/M&A field and in assisting local and foreign clients (including corporations, investors and start-ups) in transactions involving different sectors and industries. She is a trusted adviser for many clients, individuals and companies, and has participated in projects at all stages of a company’s development, as well as for investment funds, family offices, wealthy individuals and corporate ventures. Fernanda is recognised for her technical expertise and negotiation skills. In 2008, she obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
