About Nadir Altaf

Nadir Altaf is a partner at RIAA Barker Gillette Pakistan, based in Islamabad and co-leads the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure practice. He advises on corporate and commercial matters, project finance, regulatory law, public procurement and complex public–private partnership (PPP) transactions, with nearly three decades of experience across energy, infrastructure, industrial, urban development and real estate projects. His practice covers procurement and bidding processes, risk allocation, concession structuring, financial close, sovereign guarantees, tariff and licensing matters, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, including advising on multi-billion-dollar investments in Pakistan’s power and natural resources sectors.
