About Jennifer Stocker

Jennifer Stocker is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg’s labour and employment law department. Her primary emphasis is on the defence of employment litigation filed against employers in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies. Jennifer’s litigation experience includes the defence of Fair Labor Standards Act claims, including workplace class actions, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Title VII claims, as well as state law counterpart claims for discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She provides pre-litigation counselling and avoidance advice, ADR, investigation, trial, and appellate services, and assists employers through the reduction in force process.
